From 7 – 8 July, the activity stage will be transformed into “The Fashion Gallery” that is set to display the stunning “Siam Silhouette” collections by lead designers of Dee Project Group. Each selected works narrates the theme, concept, technologies, materials and designs behind it. You can meet the 10 divas of fashion at “Designer’s Room” in Hall 104.
Turning a fashion concept to reality is a big step to take for new designers. Besides design process, they will need to know which materials and technologies to be used in order to take clothing designs to production stage. Therefore, Reed Tradex and Dee Project Group will join forces to co-organize a special zone called “Designers’ Room” to enable visitors to see the applications of technologies, from computerized embroidery machines to digital sewing machine, to create an actual fashion line which will be introduced to the market place.
Knowledge expanded, business connected! 349 delegates from the garment and textile industries joined the “GFT Forum 2017” in a tight knit community with a common goal to learn “The Art of Social Advertising: How to Build a Brand People Love.” At the seminar room, dynamic diverse speakers shared their practices and inspirations to empower industrialists with the right knowledge to establish their brand as the epitome of value, experience and creditability in the eyes of their customers.
During his special presentation, “Soar Your Business towards Age of Digitalization through Leading Marketing Strategies,” celebrated figure of the Thai fashion world, Mr. Somchai Songwattana, Founder, Art Director and Head Designer, At Bangkok Company Limited, shared his motivation and passion for starting FLY NOW. The presentation mentioned that in order for brand to be successful, the owner needs to know their business and industry inside and outside. As a result they will have the confidence to create brand identity.
Subsequently, the speakers during the panel discussions which consists of Mr. Surasak Lhueng-u-sakul, Strategic Planning Director, Brand Baker Co., Ltd., Ms. Korakoch Skulpojvorachai, Brand Owner, Crosstwelfth and Ms. Sakulrat Tanyongsiri, Head of LINE@, LINE Thailand, delivered insightful discussion that are essential to formulate a well-realized marketing strategy. They all agreed that keeping online content fresh is a simple and most effective approach to establish a brand as interesting and valuable. Therefore, industrialists should experiment with new contents to see which wording can spark conversation on the social media.
